At the end of August last year, some friends held a small BBQ in an old Bunker in the south western part of Germany – near Kaiserslautern in fact. It was not a very big affair but what it lacked in size, it more than made up for in quality because it was one of the highlights of the year for me. Of course, it’s always great to meet old and new friends and this is where this meeting shined. With a real laid back, family-like vibe it made for one pleasant afternoon.

We first met up with a few of the local guys and travelled together to the bunker… this of course, presented us with the opportunity to take some rolling shots along the way.

Once we reached the bunker it didn’t take very long for the rest to show up.

All in all it was a great afternoon with friends and it definitely makes me long for this year’s season to start!
